Do you visit the property in person?

No. Zahara House is a fully virtual studio — every project is designed from floor plans, photos, and a kickoff call, no matter where the property is located.

What if I manage multiple properties?

Volume pricing is available for portfolios. Reach out with the number of units and we'll put together a quote built around your rollout timeline.

How long does a project take?

Digital delivery — renders, finishes page, and FFE list — is completed within 1–3 weeks of the kickoff call, depending on scope.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Floor plans or dimensions, photos of the current space, and a short description of your goals for the property — all uploaded through the intake form.

Do you only work with short-term rentals?

No. Short-term rentals are our specialty, but we design for any home — primary residences, investment properties, and everything in between.

Can I request changes after delivery?

Yes — one structured revision round is included with every project, handled by email.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zahara House's virtual interior design services. By submitting a project inquiry or engaging Zahara House for services, you agree to the terms below.

Scope of Services

Zahara House provides virtual interior design services only, including photorealistic renders, finishes pages, and furniture, fixtures & equipment (FFE) lists. We do not provide construction, installation, physical staging, or on-site services of any kind. All design work is completed remotely, based on the property information, photos, floor plans, and goals provided by the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information, including measurements, floor plans, and photos, in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may extend project timelines.

Project Timeline & Delivery

Standard projects are delivered within 1–3 weeks of the completed kickoff call, depending on project scope. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and current project volume.

Revisions

Each project includes one round of revisions, submitted by email within the timeframe specified at delivery. Additional revision rounds may be subject to an additional fee.

Payment & Pricing

Pricing begins at $600 per room. Custom or complex rooms may be quoted individually. Volume pricing is available for multi-property portfolios. Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement prior to the start of work.

Intellectual Property & Use of Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use delivered renders, finishes pages, and FFE lists to market, list, and furnish the property in question. Zahara House retains the right to use completed project visuals for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Zahara House provides design guidance and visualization only. We are not liable for construction outcomes, vendor performance, structural issues, or costs incurred from third parties engaged to execute the design.

We retain project information for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your project and maintain business records, after which it may be securely deleted upon request.
